Diego brings over 15 years of experience in telecommunications network deployment and infrastructure development, specializing in metropolitan fiber networks, CWDM/DWDM, FTTH, and FTTx solutions. He leads strategic network planning, POP construction, vendor negotiations, and incident resolution, combining strong technical expertise with financial analysis and high-performance team leadership.
